Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By entering the Sweet Southern Dog Training giveaway, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• No purchase necessary. Entry is completely free.

• Participants of all ages are welcome to enter.

• Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must submit or authorize their entry and be present throughout the complimentary training session.

• Participants must reside within Sweet Southern Dog Training's service area or be willing to travel to an approved training location.

2. Giveaway Entries

• Entries will be accepted throughout the vendor event and will close at the conclusion of the event.

• Entries are limited to one per person, per event.

• Each vendor event will have its own separate giveaway drawing.

• Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received at each event.

• The winner will be contacted within 24 hours following the event using the contact information provided.

• The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize.

• If the winner does not respond within the designated timeframe, another winner may be selected.

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Prize Details

• The prize includes one complimentary 60-minute private dog training lesson with Sweet Southern Dog Training.

• The lesson is subject to scheduling availability and must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of winner notification.

• The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied toward an existing training package.

• Any additional services requested beyond the complimentary lesson will be subject to standard pricing.

5. Scheduling & Location

• The complimentary lesson will take place at an approved location within Sweet Southern Dog Training's standard service area.

• Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.

• Scheduling is subject to availability and Sweet Southern Dog Training's standard policies.

• For winners under 18, a parent or legal guardian must coordinate scheduling and remain present throughout the lesson.

6. Additional Conditions

• All participating dogs must meet Sweet Southern Dog Training's applicable safety and participation requirements.

• Sweet Southern Dog Training reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that violate these terms.

• Entering the giveaway does not automatically enroll participants in marketing emails or text messages. Any marketing subscription is optional and requires separate consent.

• Any changes to event-specific details will be clearly communicated before entries close.
